Actually, you have no clue, I have watched them, and many other MMA, and have dealt with MMA fighters before. I understand way more than you can comprehend. It is not vanity. They train to fight and use MMA tactics, and other martial arts. But the truth is, is that the real art is not taught but discovered.
I have fought when I was disabled by a chemical attack against a MMA Krag Magrav militan. I was once outnumbered 15 to 1, while in a reverse arm bar, watching the whole thing and talking casually, warning them I could break out, and proved it with one quick motion. And tossed around 3 cops like children, as they did their best to manhandle me. All these people were MMA trained. It is not how many people you fight or train, it is how much you understand and can apply. The real martial arts work for women, seniors, and children when understood. The offer was to them not you.
