Her real problem is, she won't terminate the DS in the DOJ, because she knows a lot of them. She has no respect at this point, because of "her mistakes". I don't think they are mistakes, I think they are intentional.

It's term to get a real Attorney General, maybe then, Blanche will not look so scared all the time!

MAGA’s Split Over Israel Extends to a Ship Attacked 58 Years Ago

(NYT is stupid and they want a split)

The Israeli military killed 34 people on the U.S.S. Liberty in 1967. Whether it was an accident, as many historians believe, has become a litmus test within President Trump’s movement.

On June 8, 1967, the Israeli military machine-gunned, bombed and torpedoed the U.S.S. Liberty, an American vessel floating off the Sinai Peninsula, killing 34 service members.

Those facts are not in dispute. But almost everything else about the attack is driving a wedge through the MAGA movement.

On one side are prominent voices like the podcaster Ben Shapiro, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas and Rich Lowry, editor in chief of The National Review. They insist the attack on the Liberty was a tragic case of mistaken identity amid the chaos of the Six-Day War, a conclusion shared by a U.S. Navy Court of Inquiry and the Israeli government.

Those on the other side include the podcasters Tucker Carlson and Candace Owens and Representative Paul Gosar of Arizona. They insist Israel knew the Liberty was an American ship and say the attack is proof that the Israeli government cannot be trusted and is no ally to the United States.

While many Americans have never heard of the Liberty, it has become a topic of obsession on the right, which is increasingly divided over America’s relationship with Israel. Conservatives are split between those who are adamant supporters of the country and those critical of the Jewish state who sometimes employ openly antisemitic views to make their case.

The debate over the six-decade-old maritime disaster, playing out at conservative events, in social media and on viral podcasts, has become a litmus test within President Trump’s movement. Talking about the Liberty has become a thinly coded way to figure out which side someone is on.

“There really were 34 Americans who really were killed — it really was a tragedy,” said Richard Stern, vice president of economics at Advancing American Freedom, a conservative group founded by former Vice President Mike Pence. “But every single time I’ve heard it brought up, it’s because people are looking for something to blame on the Jews.”

History buffs have long been fascinated by the Liberty. More than two dozen books have been written about the attack, along with countless magazine and newspaper articles. There are also a handful of full-length documentaries….

Investigators focus on Annie Guthrie's house in search for mom Nancy as flashes are seen from garage and 'silver briefcase' emerges from unmarked police vehicle

By WILL POTTER, US SENIOR NEWS REPORTER, 8 February 2026

Investigators carried out a late-night search of Savannah Guthrie's sister Annie's home late Saturday night amid a renewed hunt for evidence of her missing mom Nancy.

As the search for Nancy Guthrie, 84, stretched past its seventh day,law enforcement returned to her daughter's home in Tucson, Arizona, and were seen taking photographs inside the property for several hours until around 10:30pm local time.

A mysterious silver briefcase was also seen being carried inside by an agent, as reporters at the home struggled to see what officers were photographing or seizing from inside.

Annie's home was previously searched earlier this week, as cops said that she and her husband Tommaso Cioni were the last people to see Nancy after having dinner with her on January 31, before she vanished hours later.

Authorities have not said what new evidence was collected, but it comes a day after a car was towed from Nancy's garage and a camera was taken from her roof that appeared to be missed in previous searches.

Hours before Saturday night's search at Annie's home, she joined her Today Show host sister Savannah and brother Camron in a bombshell video to social media addressing their mother's abductors.

The siblings directed their remarks to the kidnappers, telling them they 'received your message' and 'will pay' ransom demands.

Savannah did not offer details over the communication her family received nor the demands that she agreed to pay, but appeared to indicate that her family had been contacted directly by those claiming to hold her mother hostage.

Outside the home on Saturday evening, NewsNation reporter Brian Entinshared footage from the scene showing camera flashes in a number of rooms throughout Annie's home, including two bedrooms and a large family room.

Entin said a high number of photographs were being taken inside the home, and several law enforcement vehicles waited outside while the search was carried out for several hours.

Another reporter at the scene, Fox News's Michael Ruiz, said journalists had been kept at a distance from the home as photographs were being taken, and saidthe media was in the dark over why agents had returned.

He questioned in an X post: 'My question is why would you go back to take photographs in the dead of night?'
