Singer Brooke Josephson has announced she is divorcing her husband, Bones executive producer Barry Josephson, after his name surfaced in the Jeffrey Epstein files.

Brooke, 46, wed Barry 69, in 2007 and the former couple share two children. They separated in December 2024.

'Barry Josephson and I are going through a divorce,' Brooke confirmed in an Instagram post on Saturday, days after the release of communications by the Justice Department January 30 between her ex and the late convicted sex offender.

The musician said she was 'prepared to share a personal update … in light of recent events in the news this week,' adding that she 'was not aware of Barry's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein during [their] entire marriage.'

Brooke added, 'I respectfully request privacy and prayers for our children and I during this time.'

She concluded the message in thanking 'all who have shown compassion and respect' amid the turbulent time.
