I would presume that Nancy Guthrie died - her heart gave out, she had no meds, her pacemaker failed…?

Now what did they do with her dead body?

Were they workers in her house that would’ve talked to Nancy enough to know that she didn’t have a security system on that million dollar house, she had no active security cameras…inside job…?
