Sorry Anon, but don't give up hope. Very few of us know what the future holds. Maybe the whole AI thing will fall apart. Your data center may or may not work out. Keep trying in the meantime and watch for other options and possibilities. Sometimes people are "forced to make changes" due to things they can't control but in the end it turns out the change they settled on made their life even better.

Don't know whether you ever pray but that usually doesn't do any harm either. I don't mean God will fix it, sometimes that happens, but more like a new idea might pop into your head that works out and who knows where it came from.

Anyway, hang in there and don't give up. Come back and let us know when something good works out for you…..
