They probably had it folded up in their pocket and then blew it up once inside. If you pre-ordered tickets online thru donaldtrump.com, then you knew that signs, umbrellas, selfie sticks, etc,. were not allowed. In Tampa, we had to empty our pockets and walk thru a metal detector. I was wearing a MAGA cap, so I just put my wallet, phone, extra battery, keys, and a bag of beef jerky in my cap and placed it on the table. People were at the table wearing rubber gloves looking thru bags and people's belongings. I was surprised they let me in with the jerky.

 

I suspect that the signs people saw in Tampa, like the cut outs and small paper signs were concealed under people's shirts. Once inside, there were people handing out official TRUMP signs. I noticed at the Penn rally tonite someone had made a make shift cut out Q from one of the signs given on the inside.

If anyone has video or photos of USSS taking Q signs please post them to the broad. thx!

I thought about that too and have no clue how they did it. Perhaps they asked a vendor to borrow a pair of scissors?

The official signs are made of thin, but hardened plastic with a thickness of a plastic milk jug. no way to tear this with your hands in a clean manner.
