So, been wondering something. Have a friend who is a fully disabled veteran. VA apparently has moved everything to the private sector, and according to my friend, the service has drastically gotten worse. Not sure if this is the case for others, but got me wondering why the shift?

Private sector medical practitioners being used, is it somehow to bridge the military into medical malpractice cases?
