Signs That the Nancy Guthrie Disappearance Was NOT a Real Kidnapping, with Former Hostage Negotiator (He negotiated in Irag, for those who were kidnapped by radical Islamics).

Megyn Kelly is joined by Daniel O'Shea, host, "Into the Lion's Den," to discuss signs suggesting Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance may not have been a real kidnapping, what the circumstances surrounding the morning she was reported missing could mean,

This is interesting, O’sheah said that Savannah Guthrie interviewed almost all of woman that were all the victims of Epstein, even Virginia Guiffre

NATO members expected to ‘do more’ – US envoy

Washington wants “Europe to take over the conventional defense” of the continent so Washington can focus on the Pacific, Matthew Whitaker has said

NATO members expected to ‘do more’ – US envoy

Washington wants European NATO member states to become less reliant on the US, allowing the latter to shift its focus elsewhere, US envoy to the military bloc, Matthew Whitaker, has said.

Since assuming office in January 2025, President Donald Trump has repeatedly accused NATO allies of freeloading off the US and failing to spend enough on defense. Transatlantic relations have further soured of late amid Washington’s threats to annex Greenland – an autonomous territory controlled by another NATO member state, Denmark.

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Whitaker said that theUS expects “Europe to take over the conventional defense of the European continent” so that Washington can move its forces to the Pacific. The US envoy to NATO noted that whilethe “United States is not receding or going away,” it wants European countries to “take on more leadership in the alliance.”

A day earlier, Whitaker likened the bloc’s European member states to children, who must leave parental care and get a job at last. While lauding allies for committing to spending 5% of their respective GDP on defense last year, he suggested that European nations are being too slow in turning this money into actual military capabilities.

On Tuesday, NATO announced that the US would be handing over some of the bloc’s commands to European allies. In the coming years, the UK will take over Joint Force Command Norfolk, with Italy becoming responsible for Joint Force Command Naples. Germany and Poland will lead Joint Force Command Brunssum on a rotational basis.

Washington will retain Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR), as well as being in charge of key land, air and maritime capabilities.

”The agreement is part of a shift to more fairly share responsibility within NATO,” the statement said.

In the revised National Defense Strategy released last month, the US Department of War said it would prioritize its own defense and provide only “limited” support to allies in Europe. European countries are expected to take the lead in supporting Ukraine, among other areas.

==Invite Russia into NATO they will pay their debts, and there will be no more war on Ukraine, the

fake territory will now be safe==

South Korean official in hot water over call to ‘import virgins’

(He’s right you know! KEK)

A county head has been expelled from the ruling Democratic Party over his controversial remarks

South Korea’s ruling Democratic Party (DPK) has expelled the head of Jindo County, Kim Hee-soo, from its ranksafter the regional official called for “importing virgins” from abroad to alleviate the country’s demographic woes.

The party convened an extraordinary Supreme Council meeting on Monday to address the fallout from controversial remarks made by Kim last week. The official’s statements caused a nationwide uproar and were widely regarded as inappropriate and derogatory against women.

“The decision was made in response to the public controversy caused by his recent derogatory remarks about foreign women,”DPK’s chief spokesperson Park Soo-hyun said after the meeting.

The head of the southern island county made the controversial comments last Wednesday during a meeting on administrative integration between South Jeolla Province and Gwangju, the country’s sixth-largest metropolis.

“If Gwangju and South Jeolla are integrated, we should legislate measures addressing population extinction, and if that doesn’t work, maybe we should import young virgins from places like Sri Lanka or Vietnam so that rural bachelors can get married,” Kim told the meeting, using a term meaning both “virgins” and “young unmarried women.”

The remarks promptly went viral, causing nationwide backlash, with the official accused of being sexist and overall inappropriate, with the criticism mainly focusing on the word “import.” The outcry prompted Kim to make a somewhat lackluster apology, as he still insisted his point stands despite the language used.

The official insisted he meant to argue that “industrial revitalization alone cannot resolve population extinction” and draw attention to the “structural problems such as severe population declinein rural and fishing communitiesand the weakening foundation for marriage and childbirth.” The demographic decline must be addressed not only at the regional level but also met with a national government-level response, he said.

Von der Leyen shelves plans for personal EU spy unit – Politico

The EC president is reportedly coming under internal pressure amid concerns that she is centralizing authority

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen is reportedly softening her push to create a spy unit under her direct control after facing significant internal resistance, Politico reported on Monday. The move follows a prolonged standoff with EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas and reportedly growing wariness over von der Leyen’s consolidation of power.

Plans for a dedicated intelligence cell within the Commission were first announced in November and described as an effort to protect the EU from supposed hybrid threats from Russia. The unit was to operate across the bloc and report directly to the EC president.

However, four officials told POLITICO that von der Leyen is scaling back the initiative, with the cell now likely to be downgraded to a security unit. This would leave most intelligence-sharing to the already existing EU foreign service center (INTCEN), which is overseen by Kallas.

The retreat comes amid a bitter bureaucratic rivalry “worthy of ‘Game of Thrones’” between the two top officials, French newspaper Le Monde writes. Kallas is said to have privately complained about von der Leyen’s “dictator” style after she blocked Kallas’s attempt to appoint a key ally to a senior post.

Von der Leyen has faced mounting criticism over her leadership, with critics accusing her of centralizing power, lacking transparency, and bypassing member states. Former Commissioner Nicolas Schmit stated that under her “very centralized” system, commissioners are “largely silenced.”

Despite her growing unpopularity, she has survived multiple no-confidence votes in theEuropean Parliament, where opponents have accused her of lacking accountability and funneling billions into militarization.

Her tenure has also been marred by major corruption scandals, including the ‘Pfizergate’ case, in which she unlawfully deleted text messages about a backdoor Covid vaccine deal with the US pharmaceutical giant, as per an EU court ruling.

Moscow has also repeatedly criticized the EC president, who has been a vocal advocate for confronting Russia and arming Ukraine.

Russian officials have slammed her push to turn the EU into a “military powerhouse” to counter a supposed ‘Russian threat’ – a policy Moscow has ridiculed as baseless fearmongering.

No option but to beef up defenses – key Russian ally

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has cited the buildup of NATO forces in Eastern Europe and the rapid militarization of the region

Belarus, Russia’s key ally in Eastern Europe, will inevitably have to strengthen its defense capabilities in light of NATO’s hostile actions on its Western borders, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has said.

Following the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in February 2022, the military bloc has been establishing new units and boosting the forward presence of its forces near the Russian and Belarusian borders. Multiple NATO member states have concurrently launched massive military buildups, citing a perceived Russian threat.

Moscow has denied harboring any aggressive intentions toward its Western neighbors.

Speaking on Tuesday, Lukashenko stated that “whether we like it or not… we will have to strengthen our defense capabilities.”

The buildup of the military component on our borders, especially by Poland, is not merely of concern to us,” the Belarusian president said, notingthat “people are not spending money on tanks and munition for no reason.”

A day earlier, the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) said that NGOs from the US, the UK, Germany, Poland, and other European countries are “building up assets to again attempt to destabilize the situation and change the constitutional order in Belarus.” According to the agency, a new wave of anti-government protests could be timed to coincide with the 2030 presidential elections.

Back in 2020, an attempt to overturn the results of the presidential elections led to violent clashes throughout Belarus, but order was eventually restored.

Late last year, Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin characterized the situation on Belarus’ western borders as “tense.”

“The actions of the leaders of neighboring countries also indicate – and they don’t hide it – that preparations for war are underway,” the lieutenant general said at the time. He added that NATO nations’ commitment to allocating 5% of their GDP to their militaries “already suggests that this is a pre-war budget.”

Commenting on the deployment of nuclear-capable, medium-range hypersonic Russian Oreshnik missiles to Belarus, Khrenin saidthat the move was meant as a strategic deterrent against NATO’s “aggressive” steps.

Thousands of Islamic State detainees transferred from Syria to Iraq – media

As part of a US-led plan, up to 7,000 suspects are set to be relocated to detention facilities across the border

Iraq has received thousands of Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) linked detainees from Syria, whom the US military began transferring last month, according to media reports.

The transfers follow a deal in which the Syrian government and Kurdish-led forces reached an agreement, restoring Damascus’ control over key northeastern territories amid a gradual drawdown of US forces from the region.

An unnamed Iraqi official told AFP on Tuesdaythat 4,500 IS-linked detainees have been transferred so far as part of a US-led plan that could eventually see up to 7,000 suspects relocated.

The detainees reportedly include Iraqi, Syrian, and foreign nationals captured or held by Kurdish forces during the fight against the terrorist group.

The US-backed, Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) previously controlled many of the detention sites and had served as Washington’s main proxy during its campaign against IS, which gained strength in Syria and Iraq in 2014.

The deal between Damascus and the SDF, accompanied by a ceasefire, followed weeks of deadly clashes. The ceasefire announced by Syria’s Ministry of Defense at the end of January sparked unrest, including a mass escape from one detention facility, prompting Washington to plan the transfer of thousands of suspects to more secure facilities in Iraq.

Kurdish control of oil and gas fields in Deir ez-Zor aided the US strategy of economically stifling the government of former Syrian President Bashar Assad, who was toppled by Ahmed al-Sharaa in late 2024. After the Turkish-backed, former Al Qaeda militant leader seized power, the US lifted sanctions, opening avenues for foreign-funded reconstruction.

Iraqi authorities reportedly said investigations into the transferred detainees are expected to continue for four to six months, depending on the complexity of the cases, and will be conducted under Iraqi law.

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudaniwas quoted by the Iraqi News Agency on Tuesdayas saying the transfers were carried out for “regional and international security.” He called on concerned countries “to repatriate their nationals among the detained terrorists.”
