Philadelphia Man Sentenced to 180 Months’ Imprisonment for Receiving Child Pornography and Transferring Obscene Images to Minor
[Francisco Andres-Medina]35, pleaded guilty before Chief U.S. District Judge Renée Marie Bumb to two counts of an indictment charging him with receipt of child pornography and transfer of obscene material to a minor. Senior Counsel Lamparello credited special agents of Homeland Security Investigations Newark, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge Michael McCarthy, and the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crimes and Special Victims Units, under the direction of Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, with the investigation leading to today’s sentence.
