Southern California man sentenced to 118 years in prison for rape, child molestation of multiple victims
[Martin Herrejon Vieyra]58, of Santa Paula, was found guilty of the crimes by a jury and sentenced to prison on Tuesday, the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office announced. Two young victims, who were both under 14 years old at the time, were molested by Vieyra for many years, prosecutors said. The first child was abused from 1996 to 2005. The second child was abused from 2012 to 2020. Vieyra had access to the children through a familial relationship. A third victim came forward in February 2025. Vieyra had raped her in 1991 when he was living in the same household with her family, court documents said. He was convicted by a jury of eight felony charges on Jan. 12, including rape by force, foreign object penetration and six counts of lewd acts upon a child.
