After votes, @RepBrianMast asked unanimous consent that it be in order at any time for the House to call up and consider H.J.Res. 72 - Relating to a national emergency by the President on February 1, 2025 be called up at any time. Agreed to without objection.

 

Additionally, the House agreed to without objection H. Con. Res. 74 - resolved that the two House of Congress receive such communications from the President on Feb. 24 (State of the Union).

In connection with the NOTAM closing the airspace over El Paso, the FAA has also prohibited all flight operations in the nearby Santa Teresa area, citing special security reasons. The same validity period and altitude parameters apply.
