School Shooting in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia Leaves 10 Killed, Including Shooter – The “Gender” of Shooter Creating Angst

A horrific schoolshooting in Canada has resulted in the death of 10 people. Seven people at the school, two people in a residence nearby and the shooter. The details are starting to come out,but for some reason there is a concerning aspect to the “gender” of the shooter.

The Associated Press describes the situation: VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) — A shooting at a school in British Columbia left eight dead including a woman whom police believe to be the shooter, while two more people were found dead at a nearby home, Canadian authorities said Tuesday.

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police said more than 25 people are injured,including two who were airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries, after the shooting at Tumbler Ridge Secondary School.” (more)

BBC SUMMARIZES: Police say an attacker killed nine people before taking their own life on Tuesday. – Six victims were found dead inside Tumbler Ridge Secondary school, while a seventh person died on the way to hospital.The body of the attacker was also found at the school. – Two more people were found dead inside a residence nearby. –Police described the suspect as a “female in a dress with brown hair” in an active shooteralert sent to the community. – At least two other people were taken to hospital with serious or life-threatening injuries following the attack, and as many as 25 people were being treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said. – Canada’s Prime Minister, Mark Carney, said he is “devastated” by the shooting and that his government “stands with all British Columbians as they confront this horrible tragedy.” – The PM cancelled his upcoming trip to the Munich Security Conference in response to the shooting. Within a segment of the text messages Bannon calls Jared Kusher “the idiot son-in-law,” andframes himself as more important than President Donald Trump who Bannon sees as “transitory.”

Economy Adds 130,000 Jobs in January, Unemployment Rate Falls to 4.3 Percent

The Bureau of Labor and Statistics releases the employment figures for January today [BLS DATA HERE]. Overall, in the establishment survey, 130,000 jobs were added and the unemployment rate fell to 4.3%.This is much stronger than anticipated and there are indications of significant movement back to workas the exfiltration of illegal alien workers continues.

Via WSJ – “The U.S. added 130,000 jobs in January,surging past expectationsand marking a strong start to the year following a weak year of job growth. The January numbers from theLabor Department were above the seasonally adjusted 48,000 jobs addedin December, which were revised slightly lower. Economists polled by The Wall Street Journal were expecting 55,000 jobs in January.

The unemployment rate, which is based on a separate survey from the jobs figures, fell to 4.3% from 4.4%.” (more)

What I find interestingin the Household ‘Employment’ Survey is thenumber of people going back into the workforce. I am left to wonderif the ICE removals are starting to create employer driven incentives, increased wages etc. that seem to be pulling sidelined workers back to the labor market.

DOJ Releases FBI Affidavit Underpinning Seizure and Search Warrant of Fulton County Election Records

The Dept of Justice has unsealed the FBI affidavit thatoutlines the probable causefor the search and seizure of Fulton County, GA, 2020 election records [pfd Affidavit Here].

The affidavit, filed by FBI Special Agent Hugh Evans,outlines witness abnormalitiesin the records of the 2020 presidential election conducted in Fulton County, Georgia. Including a Georgia State Election Board member observed ballot images from 2020 that were modified in January 2024.

The FBI raid targeted the county’s election warehouse, resulting in theseizureof paper ballots, voter data, election records, and other materials from the 2020 general election.

“If these deficiencies were the result of intentional action, it would be a violation of federal law regardless of whether the failure to retain recordsor the deprivation of a fair tabulation of a vote was outcome determinative for any particular election or race,” Evans wrote.

Agent Evans did not outline precisely when the FBI’s investigation began, nor did he describe any steps agents took in the probe before seeking to seize the Fulton ballots and other materials.He pointed to two federal statutes that were likely violated: one making it a felony to engage in voting fraud in connection with a federal election and another making it a misdemeanor to fail to preserve records related to a federal election for at least 22 months after Election Day.

reports. Parikh believed this showed that the memory cards were removed from the original tabulator and put in another tabulator to print out the closing tabulator tapes.

1. Parikh also received protective counter number on the tabulator tapes. The protective counter is similar to an odometer on a vehicle. It counts the number of ballots tabulated on that machine for the machine's lifetime. Comparing the protective counter at the start of the election and the end of the election, and comparing that change in the protective counter to the closing tapes, helps ensure the integrity of the tabulation. Parikh's analysis further revealed that

the protective counters on at least five tabulator tapes from the same unit were identical, and that some of the reported ballots scanned exceeded the protective counter number. This indicated to Parikh that no ballots were ever scanned on these machines and that the numbers generated from those ballots were done so by placing an unencrypted memory card into the unit to generate the

closing tape. This would have allowed an opportunity for the tabulation to be tampered with.

Use of Personal Care Products and Semen Quality: A Cross-Sectional Study in Young Danish Men

Personal care products (PCPs) may contain multiple chemicals capable of harming male reproductive function. The aim of this study was, therefore, to assess aggregated PCP exposure and potential associations with measures of semen quality in young men. Participants (n = 1058, age 18–21) were sampled among young men from the Danish National Birth Cohort (DNBC). Upon recruitment in 2017–2019, each man answered an online questionnaire and provided a semen sample. Exposure to 12 common types of PCPs was derived from the questionnaire, and the extent of use and co-use was analyzed. We applied a negative binomial regression model to estimate percentage differences in semen parameters between low, medium and high PCP exposure groups. All participants were exposed to at least one PCP more than once a week, resulting in a mean number (SD) of 5.3 (2.0) PCPs currently used. Most participants (92%) were also exposed to fragranced products on a weekly basis. Little association was observed between aggregated exposure to PCPs and sperm concentration, total sperm count, semen volume, sperm motility and morphology. Despite prevalent use of multiple PCPs, we found little indication of adverse effects of aggregated overall or fragranced PCP exposure on semen quality.
