The Eye of Horus is equated with funerary offerings, as well as with all the offerings given to deities in temple ritual. Preferably to extend the life of the "father" in some way.
In this case its probably the sacrifice of innocent people.

The question is what is going to happen on the thirtieth? Usually this Epiph is related to a harvest some way.
