Seems she didn't know Epstein personally, but he comped multiple people with trips to Vegas and tickets to see her show around 10-15 years ago. Among them were Soon-Yi (yes, that Soon-Yi) and some flunkies in Leon Black's circle. Anyway…
The moar interdasting shit revolves around the sale of Celine's estate in Florida on Jupiter Island from 2014 to 2017. Epstein was evidently hellbent on taking a tour and maybe buying it himself. But the arrangements for him to visit kept falling through on her people's end. Almost like Celine or whoever didn't want him in there. At one point, in 2014, her Director of Properties John Christensen, who already seemed buddy-buddy with Epstein, got himself shitcanned because he planned to show him the house off the record: "Apparently that was a breach of contract… So I was terminated today for not having Celine's best interests in mind." Epstein asks back, "is it too late to ressurect celine," which anon finds to be a weird question/word-choice considering the guy just said he's no longer able to show him the house. Oh well…hang on…
Then in 2015, this Christensen guy that got fired is suddenly able to show Epstein the house again:
"Do you still have an interest in Celine's Jupiter Island estate? I just got some inside information that she is hurting financially and that price can be negotiated.
I have a few ideas of how a showing (and potential purchase) could be arranged, bypassing the problem we ran into earlier.
Let me know. I'd love to see you get take over that estate".
So after Epstein finally sees the house in October, Christensen asks him what he thought and his response is: "Impossible to sell" and "with the main entrance opeing on to he butlers pantry, to the main toilet closet , whistling doors. lazy river. 64 television, s . last decade arcade . sunglass presenters, rotating shoe. bunk beds. . it is a custom made house , where the people have died. at least 15 to tear down and make livable. . nuts".
"Where the people have died" – what the hell does that mean? What people? Celine's throat was fucked up at the time (this was even before the stiff person diagnosis) and her husband had cancer, but anon sees no public statements of anybody dying in Florida.
In the meantime, the estate stays on the market until May 2017, when some entity called the Jupiter Island Trust buys it for $28 million, way under old asking price.
Anon wonders why Epstein was obsessed with the property and if he was part of this trust?
