There was a threat to POTUS, identified by the US Secret Service, and action taken to prevent anything bad from happening at the rally. Comms dark meaning, no Q posts just prior to the rally about the threat, and/or Q signs/posters taken away from attendees? Thus sending a message to whomever was behind the threat - WE KNOW WHO YOU ARE. Someone trying to cause violence and frame Qanon. Deep state / Mockingbird?

2 threats, one past (https://www.pressenterpriseonline.com/daily/080218/page/1/story/trump-attack-foiled) and one "future" (as of earlier today when Q posted "VIP access") related to the PA rally. The message sent by Q to bad actors was, "We know."
Still not seeing the "connection" between the two threats, other than maybe that they're coming from the same originators.
