No. The Q signs weren't the threat. They were concerned the left would start violence and blame those with the Q signs, shirts, etc. That's also why all the extra press was there. POTUS pointed out and mocked the fact there were so many of them there. They are trying to paint Anons as violent like ANTIFA. They took away signs in case anything went down. No Q signs, no blaming Anons.
