Just before Christmas I reported to him Christmas of 2020 that MP Chris Warkentin planned to block the Smokey River Bridge with an N2 Storage Container on January 11,2021 and burn the Delta Hotel full of Oilfield Workers to get everyone to give up Jerrycans and Jockey Tanks for fuel supplies as the Hotel fire would be blamed on these fuel storage devices and taking them out of service would stop the convoy.
He and others would have figured out that Wade Balisky leaked the information and would have had him murdered.

How many military leaders has the Vatican given Sactuary
February 13, 2026
Determining an exact number is difficult because the Vatican (the Holy See) often uses its diplomatic status and extraterritorial properties to provide sanctuary discreetly.
While there is no "official list," historical records point to several key instances:
World War II "Ratlines": Estimates suggest that thousands of Nazi and Fascist officials escaped through "ratlines" supported by members of the Catholic clergy. Notable military and SS leaders included:
Adolf Eichmann: Architect of the Holocaust.
Josef Mengele: The "Angel of Death" from Auschwitz.
Ante Pavelić: Leader of the Croatian Ustaše.
Franz Stangl: Commander of the Treblinka extermination camp.
Klaus Barbie: Gestapo chief known as the "Butcher of Lyon".
Manuel Noriega (1989): Perhaps the most famous modern instance occurred when the deposed Panamanian dictator sought refuge in the Vatican Nunciature (embassy) in Panama City to escape U.S. forces. He eventually surrendered after the U.S. military famously used loud rock music as psychological pressure.
Monsignor Hugh O’Flaherty: Known as the "Vatican Pimpernel," he operated a sanctuary network that saved over 6,500 people, including many Allied military personnel who had escaped from POW camps.
Current Negotiations: Recent reports indicate the Vatican continues to mediate in such matters, such as urging for asylum for leaders like Venezuela's Nicolás Maduro to prevent further violence.
The Vatican typically maintains that its sanctuary is based on humanitarian grounds or diplomatic neutrality, though the postwar "ratlines" remain a subject of significant historical controversy.

Hugh O'Flaherty: the Vatican Pimpernel
From his Vatican office, and in co-operation with Pius XII,[60] Monsignor Hugh O'Flaherty, an Irishman, operated an escape operation for Jews and Allied escapees. In 2012, the Irish Independent newspaper credited him with having saved more than 6,500 people during the war.[61]
From 1943, he began to offer shelter to Allied servicemen seeking sanctuary in the Vatican. Using fake documents and a clandestine communications network, O'Flaherty defied the Gestapo's war criminal commander of Rome, Herbert Kappler, and evaded capture through the German occupation of Rome. O'Flaherty's '"Rome Escape Line" hid British and American soldiers and Jews in safe houses around the city.[61] Kappler had a white line drawn around the boundary of the Vatican and offered a bounty on O'Flaherty's head. O'Flaherty forgave Kappler after the war and became a regular visitor to his prison cell – eventually presiding at his conversion to Catholicism. O'Flaherty's story was dramatized in the 1983 film The Scarlet and the Black, and Ireland honors his work with the Hugh O'Flaherty International Humanitarian Award>>24260763

Palatine Guard
The Palatine Guard (Italian: Guardia Palatina d'Onore) was a military unit of the Vatican. It was formed in 1850 by Pope Pius IX, who ordered that the two militia units of the Papal States be amalgamated. The corps was formed as an infantry unit, and took part in watch-keeping in Rome. The only occasion on which it saw active service was during the token resistance on 20 September 1870 to the occupation of Rome by Italian government troops.
Disbandment
The corps, along with the Noble Guard, was abolished on 14 September 1970 by Pope Paul VI[5] as part of the reforms of the Church following the Second Vatican Council. Before it stood down it was transformed into the Papal Honor Guard (Guardia d'Onore del Papa). Former guardsmen were invited to join a new group called the Saints Peter and Paul Association (Italian: Associazione SS. Pietro e Paolo), whose statutes were approved by the Pope on 24 April 1971.[6][7] This civilian association supports charitable, educational, and religious programs in Rome.

Association of Saints Peter and Paul
TheAssociation of Saints Peter and Paul it is the first voluntary association of pontifical institution. It was born in 1971 by will of Saint Paul VI as a private association of the faithful in order to collect the legacy of the Palatine Guard of Honor of His Holiness after the dissolution of the papal armed forces in 1970[1].
The Association is based within the Vatican City State at the Apostolic Palace[1]. Its Members carry out voluntary activities in the service of the Holy See and of the Holy Father, both in the Vatican and in Rome. The service is free and voluntary.

Association of Saints Peter and Paul
The Association of Saints Peter and Paul was founded in 1971 on the initiative of Saint Paul VI, following the suppression of the Palatine Guard of Honor, decided the previous year in the context of a broader reform of the papal armed corps. The pontiff's aim was to preserve the spirit of service, loyalty and ecclesial belonging typical of the tradition of the Guard, transforming it into a reality of lay volunteerism, dedicated to Christian testimony and collaboration with the Holy See[2].
On 24 April 1971, the then Secretary of State on Card. Jean-Marie Villot, on papal mandate, approved the first statute of the Association. Since its inception, the Association has been placed under the direct dependence of the Secretariat of State of the Holy See.
In the following years, the Association gradually expanded its activities, maintaining a daily presence in St. Peter's Basilica and offering reception, surveillance, and assistance services during papal celebrations. It has also developed cultural, liturgical and charitable initiatives, strengthening its role in Vatican ecclesial life.
In 2013, with the approval of a new version of the statute by the Card. Tarcisio Bertone, Secretary of State, the Association has renewed its internal structure, while maintaining the founding principles and the original spirit desired by Paul VI unchanged. The statute was revised again in 2023 and approved by the Secretary of State on Card. Peter Parolin, further defining the reality of the Society in its activities and nature.
Over the years, the Association has received numerous awards from the Pontiffs. John Paul II dedicated the following words to him “You are the Association of the House of the Pope! You are the Association closest to the Pope!”[3]. Pope Francis, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of its foundation, praised its members as “craftsmen of the meeting”, capable of welcoming and serving generously, helping to make visible the merciful face of the Church in a context of profound spirituality and service[4].
