imo its either secret code, or the data was corrupted during transfer? Maybe a techie knows the specifics, but sometimes when I download a data file and import it, the coordinates and descriptions appear like this.
DL and Import a .asc or rw5, and it looks like this gibberish rather than coords, elevs and desc's.
