Hers my take. She turned the guy in to the police. He was a pawn. She is made to look like a hero of the Q movement. She gains VIP Access. She is by the media. She tries her best to bring attention to herself while at the rally by bringing the paper and bragging about her saving the president. She in turn gets an interview on the Right Side broadcast. The new her plan was to wait for the rally to start in her Q shirt and attack the fake news media therefore they can run with the story that Q followers are crazy and will bring violence to the media because POTUS remarks are calling for violence to the media.
