"Post noted (VIP access)" is Q's way of saying, 'In the Q drop earlier today mentioning VIP access, both of these threats were noted one after the other.' So Q was sending a message several hours BEFORE the PA rally to bad actors, saying "We know" what they had already tried (OK threat) and would try (PA threat). Perhaps the confiscation of Q related signs at the rally was related.

Q - by my count, you've said "This is not a game" 19 times in your posts thus far - we are taking this very seriously, but stabbing in the dark starts to feel like a sick game pretty quickly, and if we stay off track, we could inadvertently stab (damage reputations, disrupt lives) innocent people you or we want to protect.
