I want to be abundantly clear about the DOJ memo released tonight: Citing "Work Product Privilege" will NOT save the DOJ from releasing all the Epstein files. I'm not an attorney and even I know this won't hold up in a court of law.

RE deliberative process privilege, it would not cover factual information, which is missing from the files. If they can give the names, then they can give them in unredacted files. The list is an admission that they can remove those redactions.

Furthermore, federal agencies have already waived privileges with the information they've already disclosed redacted and unredacted.

If there is an active investigation or prosecution the DOJ can indeed cite these privileges, but not when they've concluded their investigation and decided no one is going to jail, no one else will be prosecuted and after they wipe their hands clean, etc.

Meanwhile, the DOJ claims in this report that 'no records were withheld or redacted on the basis of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity, including to any government official, public figure, or foreign dignitary.'

Then explain this: an internal FBI email from March 17, 2025 shows agents requesting 'clear and specific guidance' on redacting photographs depicting 'former U.S. Presidents, Secretary of State, and other celebrities' from the Epstein files.

So which is it? You didn't redact to protect the powerful, or you needed specific guidance on how to do exactly that?

Your government is withholding information and files whether it's SDNY, FBI, CBP, CIA, DOJ or elsewhere.

TBH, it's hard to find a legitimate reason not to expose every word in the Epstein files except for and unless you are prosecuting someone. That isn't happening. DOJ will lose in court if it comes to that.

The DOJ screwed this up so badly early on that they let the Left paint the President in a bad light when his actions were the opposite. He was informing law enforcement early on when others were cozying up and covering up. So poorly managed, heads should roll.

Ex-Ukrainian energy minister detained in corruption probe

German Galushchenko attempted to leave the country amid an investigation into a $100 million kickback scheme, according to officials

Former Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko has been detained as part of an anti-corruption probe while attempting to cross the border into Poland, local media and officials have reported. The ex-minister is implicated in a $100 million kickback scheme allegedly run by a former close associate of Vladimir Zelensky.

On Sunday, several Ukrainian media reported that Galushchenko had been removed from the Kiev-Warsaw night train after border guards received an automatic alert about a person of interest attempting to leave the country. The request for the detainment was reportedly filed by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO).

NABU later confirmed the development, saying the minister was detained in the corruption case and that “priority investigative actions are underway.” Lawmaker Aleksey Goncharenko said Galushchenko had been served with a suspicion notice after previously holding witness status in the investigation.

The case revolves around a $100 million embezzlement scandal centered on state nuclear operator Energoatom. Longtime Zelensky associate Timur Mindich is believed to have run a kickback scheme under which Energoatom contractors were forced to pay illegal commissions of 10-15% or risk losing supplier status.

Earlier media reports claimed that NABU had wiretapped conversations between Mindich and Galushchenko during which the two allegedly discussed financial flows. Mindich has publicly confirmed being acquainted with Galushchenko but insisted that he issued no instructions to the former minister.

Galushchenko served as the energy minister from 2021 to July 2025, when he became justice minister after a government reshuffle. As the corruption scandal was gaining steam, he resigned in November 2025.

The US secretary of state made the remark at the Munich Security Conference while trying to bridge the rift caused by the diverging policies of Washington and Brussels

The US may be unable to prevent EU bureaucrats from destroying Western civilization, Russian President Vladimir Putin’s envoy Kirill Dmitriev has suggested.

The remark came in response to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s speech at the Munich Security Conference, where he sought to ease tensions between Washington and Brussels after a year of strained transatlantic relations. Rubio insisted that despite differences, the US and Europe “belong together,” and if Washington’s policies that angered Brussels – from tariffs and NATO spending demands to the Greenland bid – may seem “a little direct and urgent,” it is because “we care deeply” about the future of the EU and the West in general.

In a post on X on Saturday, Dmitriev said the bloc’s sprawling bureaucracy and poor policy choices would impede US plans to “renew and restore” Western civilization.

“The US cares deeply and tries to prevent EU bureaucrats from destroying Western civilization,” Dmitriev wrote. “But EU bureaucrats are highly focused and skilled at destroying it through false narratives, migration, warmongering, and economic decline. It’s unclear who wins.”

Dmitriev’s tone appeared mocking toward both the US and EU. To illustrate his point, he linked a short clip of the arm-wrestling scene from Over the Top (1987) starring Sylvester Stallone.

The Trump administration’s new National Security Strategy slammed the EU for poor policy choices, warning of a risk of “civilizational erasure.” Rubio echoed parts of the criticism but reframed it as shared failures by both European and American authorities since World War II. He invoked the common “adversaries and rivals” narrative, stressing that the US and EU must stand united against unnamed powers that allegedly built welfare states and hard power while the West faltered.

The Israeli security cabinet has approved a proposal to register large areas in the West Bank as “state property” for the first time since occupation began in 1967 following the Six-Day War.

The new decision builds on a move by the cabinet last weekend, when it made it easier for Jewish settlers to buy land in the West Bank and repealed a law dating back to times of Jordanian control over the area to make land registries public rather than private.

The proposal was tabled by hardline nationalist officials, Deputy PM and Justice Minister Yariv Levin, Defense Minister Israel Katz, and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich. The sponsors hailed its adoption as a major breakthrough and a “true revolution” to accelerate the settlement process.

“The renewal of the land regulation in Judea and Samaria is a vital security and governance move aimed at ensuring Israel’s control, enforcement, and full operational freedom in the area,” Katz said in a statement, referring to the West Bank by its Israeli toponyms.

The move is aimed at “restoring order and governance” in the West Bank, Smotrich added, hailing the decision as one of the most significant steps to tighten Israel’s control over the region taken since the Six-Day War. “The State of Israel is taking responsibility for its land and is acting according to the law, transparently and decisively,” the minister asserted.

Epstein funded organisations linked to Israeli military, FBI document says

Billionaire paedophile also funded settlement-building body in occupied Palestine

FBI documents published on the US Department of Justice website show that billionaire paedophile Jeffrey Epstein funded the group Friends of Israel Defence Forces (FIDF) and settlement-building organisation the Jewish National Fund (JNF).

Analysis of income and transfers to non-charitable exempt organisations, released by the FBI, shows that the convicted sex offender financed the FIDF, which "raises funds for active duty Israel Defence Forces soldiers and veterans".

On its website, FIDF says that it "funds programs for combat soldiers aimed at alleviating financial stress, economic insecurity, or distraction, allowing their minds to focus entirely on the complex military missions at hand".

The organisation also facilitates donors to 'Adopt a Brigade' and "personally connects a donor with a brigade of choice to provide critical support".

In 2008, the New York Post-owned celebrity and entertainment news Page Six reported that Epstein, while he was in Israel for passover, took a "tour of military bases with [Friends of Israel chairman] Benny Shabtai" and also met Israeli scientists.

As per the FBI documents, the 66-year-old financier, who “trained as a spy” under former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, also funded the largest settlement-building body in occupied Palestine, the Jewish National Fund (JNF).

JNF's long-term vision includes "building new communities in the desert", "increasing population in northern Israel", and "bringing thousands of people to Israel every year on missions and trips".

The organisation claims to have provided the infrastructure for over 1,000 communities, and says it seeks to build a strong future for the land and people of Israel through bold initiatives and Zionist education.

The UK branch of JNF, which lists former British Prime Minister Tony Blair as an honorary patron, has in the past been heavily criticised for its activities, which have included donating £1m to "Israel's largest militia".

Epstein, who shared close connections with many Israeli figures, also hosted UAE billionaire Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, the CEO of Dubai's international port operator DP World, at his private Caribbean island, Little Saint James.

Little Saint James, as the island is known, was used as a base of operations for Epstein's sex-trafficking operation.

In a memo in July 2025, the FBI said its review of the files found that Epstein victimised more than 1,000 women and children, who said they were abused all over the world, including the United States and the United Kingdom.

It is believed that Seth Rich forwarded emails from Podesta to WikiLeaks. We all know without a doubt that it is a lie to claim that the Russians were involved in the transfer of these emails. There is simply no evidence that Russia was involved, and there never has been evidence that Russia was involved.

Hillary wanted to deflect attention from her email scandal and the contents of her emails. She also wanted to punish whoever sent those emails to WikiLeaks. This is why many believe Seth Rich was murdered.

Attorney Ty Clevenger, for years, has doggedly gone after information held by the Deep State FBI and DOJ that they refuse to release related to Seth Rich’s murder.
