Guise, was at the rally tonight. Fried but trying to piece together all this with what I saw.
As we approached the line, immediately saw a Q sign. Person was not waving it around, but it was obvious. Well made homemade jobber. Nice. Turns out it would be the last one I would see all night outside of this:

As soon as we hit the back of the line, guy directly in front was talking Q to his lady friends. Plebbit-level knowledge.
Some time after as the line was moving, some lady (age 40s-50s biker tweaker chick) comes flying by in a wheelchair saying to everyone in line : "Do you know Q? Do you know Q? Do you know Q?"
Camera guy w/ small pro camera + boom operator running behind trying to keep up + 1 other woman. Bad energy, but they all quickly disappeared around to the back of the line.
Guy behind us starts talking with some random ladies about Q in response to wheelchair lady. This time halfchan-level info. Ladies are unknowing but curious.
As we get to the arena, I notice that there are lawn chairs and empty water bottles strewn all over where I assume was the front of the line to wait. Some of the chairs were even lying in the path of everyone else. Definitely seemed out of place for the crowd (everyone was very polite, friendly, & respectful).
The mess looked like something you would see after a leftist march. Just shit strewn all over right in the way of thousands of people.
(Thought it was funny as the candidate for PA governor had life-size cardboard cutouts everywhere and he's owns a big garbage company.)
Did not see anything out of the ordinary going through security. Thorough checks, but Secret Service were calm and respectful. Did not see them take any signs, but no one around me had any going in (Q sign dude was far ahead of us in line).
As we waited for POTUS, saw the wheelchair tweaker lady and her female friend (no more camera crew), STANDING (but leaning against the barrier in front of her wheelchair) adjacent to the rear (POTUS') right of the stage. The crowd there grew over time and I lost direct sight of her.
I did see a male/female couple with Q t-shirts on hovering around the perimeter. Seemed genuine, nothing suspicious, but did note that they seemed to leave the crowd before the speech and then stood outside of it to the side for the remainder. Again, could be because they just don't like crowds. Understood.
Saw the dude with the Q sign during the rally, he was holding a sign of that size, but there was only blank showing, no Q. He was very discreet and did not appear to hold anything up the entire rally. Found that odd that he would go through all that trouble to make a sign and then not use it, but didn't know anything about Q's posts today until we got home, so thought he just chickened out.
Most important: Absolutely NOTHING seemed out of the ordinary to the average eye.
No homemade signs, but we just figured that it just wasn't that type of crowd.
Great energy in the crowd, enjoyed talking with folks, everyone loves DJT.
Did NOT see this Kate chick. Did see beach ball and the b.b. chick being hauled away but not in detail.
Thinking back now, find reason to suspect that those people in the front rows were not all friendlies.
Also, wheelchair tweaker lady was more than a bit too obvious in retrospect, similar to the highstrung posters that hang around here.
At the very least, NOT a good ambassador for the movement at all imo. And of course, that's who the camera was following.
Hope this helps somewhat.
