Kate reminds me of Sofia Wilen.

When JA got in trouble in Sweden, the were a lot of irregularities. One being a woman that suddenly, from absolutely nowhere ended up in his lap, did her thing, to disappear and never be heard of again.

The reason and logic for her to be in that place and in that time, was very constructed, artificial and lacked the characteristics of randomness.
