Maria Zakharova, spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry, commented on intelligence reports warning of renewed Western attempts to organize a “color revolution” in Belarus. She stressed that Russia and Belarus are closely coordinating through their security services and foreign ministries to prevent external interference and protect the constitutional order of the Union State. Zakharova highlighted the Union State Security Concept and the Treaty on Security Guarantees as key tools to counter threats from Western intelligence agencies and safeguard sovereignty, territorial integrity, and regional stability.
