No, a person who had an axe to grind claimed that, in threatening emails sent to persons who forwarded the emails to the FBI. The disgruntled ex-employee made many claims linked to QAnon (yes Q and Anons is the correct term) such as NESARA/GESARA etc.
This wasn't an official statement or revelation.

The trouble is, people are spreading headlines without checking the doc's themselves, therefore losing context.
