A coalition of left-leaning evangelical Christians issued a new open letter against the Trump administration and what they claimed is a rising tide of “white Christian nationalism.”

In recent years, legacy media outlets and Democratic leaders have linked a rise in distinctly Christian conservative political engagement to “Christian nationalism,” denouncing the notion that America is an historically Christian people and country.

The letter, signed by hundreds of Christian leaders, reflected a similar sentiment as it criticized President Donald Trump’s policies during his second term.

“We are facing a cruel and oppressive government; citizens and immigrants being demonized, disappeared, and even killed; the erosion of hard-won rights and freedoms; and a calculated effort to reverse America’s growing racial and ethnic diversity — all of which are pushing us toward authoritarian and imperial rule,” the letter claimed.

“What confronts us is not only an endangered democracy and the rise of tyranny. It is also a Christian faith corrupted by the heretical ideology of white Christian nationalism, and a church that has often failed to equip its members to model Jesus’s teachings and fulfill its prophetic calling as a humanitarian, compassionate, and moral compass for society.” Continue…

In an Instagram video, a Persian protester goes out on the streets of Los Angeles to shout his praise for the U.S. government for killing Ayatollah Khamenei and bringing hope of liberation to the people of Iran. Across the street are American liberals with banners that read “Hands Off Iran.” He confronts them, furious not only that people who never suffered under the regime want it preserved, but also about the flag they are waving.

He holds the original Persian flag, the Lion and Sun, which has become the symbol of the anti-regime movement. The “Hands Off” protesters are waving the Islamic Republic’s flag, which bears Arabic rather than Persian writing. When he points this out, the liberals tell him he is wrong. Continue…

As it happens, it’s not just the frogs they, as Alex Jones once noted with his quintessential bombast, are turning gay.

It’s also, according to a new study, porn addicts.

“Watching porn might make you bisexual. At least that seems to be the takeaway from a study released by the online porn portal xHamster. Dubbed the xHamster “Report on Digital Sexuality” and released Tuesday, the survey of 11,000 users finds that the more porn you watch, the likelier you are to go both ways.

For starters, the study reveals that 22.36 percent of US porn users are bisexual (surprisingly, a full 1.09 percent of porn viewers describe themselves as asexual — or to use a term spouted on “Ray Donovan”: “sexual anorexics”), while only 4.05 percent categorize themselves as gay or lesbian. The overwhelming majority of porn consumers, 67.77 percent, are heterosexual.

Things get frisky when the study looks at whether “porn makes you bi.” Researchers at xHamster find that 13.09 percent of people who watch porn once a week are bisexual. Those who watch skin flicks a few times a week have a 19.73 percent chance of being bi. Watch once a day and you are in the 23.01 percent group of bisexuals. Make the time to log on for XXX action several times a day and you may count yourself among the 27.46 percent of xHamster’s frequent viewers who are bisexual.”

While flames engulf Iranian oil depots following U.S. and Israeli strikes, and Iran retaliates with missiles targeting the UAE and Israel, the UK Ministry of Defence has sparked backlash by circulating a survey to troops about relaxing appearance standards. The questionnaire asks if male soldiers should be allowed to wear makeup, nail polish, and longer hair, ridiculously framing it as a push toward “gender-free” policies.

The timing of this clownish behaviour couldn’t be worse. The survey, originating from Army HQ in Andover, proposes uniform rules on hair, jewelry, and even facial aesthetics like fillers and microblading for all genders.

The review builds on recent shifts in UK military policies. In 2024, the Army reversed a long-standing ban on beards. Back in 2019, then-Defence Secretary Ben Wallace floated allowing men to use camouflage-colored makeup. And in 2017, instructions emphasized avoiding gender-specific language like “best man for the job.”

Circuit denied the Trump administration’s emergency request to suspend a lower court order that had blocked the termination of Haiti’s Temporary Protected Status (TPS).
