Hi John,
Our Russian friend's name is Paulina Zelitsky. She has an arrangement with the Cuban government whereby she is allowed to use a converted trawler (the Ulysses) to survey Cuban waters for archaeological resources, primarily sunken treasure ships (the big prize is Cortez's ship which reputedly was laden with gold objects that the Spaniards had not had time to melt down into gold bricks. The ship went down in a storm somewhere off the coast of Cuba. If she finds it, it will be huge news.). In the course of her searchingshe has come across some unusual formations which she says are too symmetrical to be anything but man made. The problem is that the formation is some 2000 ft deep.We have access to the right equipment but the timing and costs (as well as Paulina's personality) have presented obstacles to launching the expedition. Some discrete inquiries might be helpful and obviously any support from the top cant be bad either. Thanks, Terry
PS This one is truly a high risk venture in that you wont know what is down there until spending a fair amount of money.
PPS I have some images of the types of objects she says she has found and will email separately.

Here's the info on Cuba. I'll forward the other documents as well.If 38001 still has good connections to Fidel, maybe we could go after both the gold AND Atlantis.
