Well, if she's indeed a cabal assassin, then she would have a set of programmed alters, wouldn't she? Her "I love Trump!" personality would have no clue the other personalities even exist.
Alters = artificially manufactured Schizophrenia, induced through inflicted trauma (usually of a violent sexual nature), and controlled through hypnotism and drugs.
In short, if she's a cabal assassin, then she was raped by her dad as a kid, then forced to strangle a kitten, and to watch other kids get skinned alive, until her brain snapped.
