EPSTEIN FILES BOMBSHELL: HE HAD THE PHOTOS, HE HAD THE NAMES, AND HE WAS READY TO TALK… THEN HE ENDED UP DEAD
Jean-Luc Brunel, Epstein's top model recruiter, was secretly negotiating with prosecutors in 2016 to testify against Epstein in exchange for immunity.
He had photographic evidence and was naming names.
Federal prosecutor's notes:
"One of Epstein's bfs, Jean Luc Brunel, has helped get girls. He is wanting to cooperate."
Then Epstein found out.
He emailed attorney Kathy Ruemmler saying Brunel was headed to the U.S. Attorney's office and that someone had "asked for 3 million dollars so that Jean Luc would not go in."
Ruemmler was on the phone with Epstein's lawyer by the next morning.
Brunel went dark.
Epstein stayed free for three more years.
Attorney David Boies says the collapse "set us back a couple of years. We know from our lawsuits that there were more than 50 girls that were trafficked after this."
Epstein was found dead in his cell in 2019. Brunel was caught at a Paris airport in 2020 trying to flee to Senegal.
In February 2022, he was found hanged in his cell the same way.
Two men at the center of the same trafficking ring.
Both about to face justice. Both dead by hanging in their cells.
Paris prosecutors announced Saturday they're reopening the case.
