With SCOTUS decision, Q+ just increased tariffs, global +10%, and promised to use other already litigated methods to impose tariffs, AND confirmed that the decision clarified all sorts of even larger powers at POTUS' disposal.
I'd say that's a win. SCOTUS didn't mean for it to be a win this way, but it is.
