Note to Q+ and his advisors:
I appreciate the no tax on overtime, but its in your interests for optics to prevent miscommunication on these sorts of things. Most people think of overtime pay as the entire amount ie if I make $50 and hour the overtime is the entire $75, not the $25. So here I am expecting X amount of tax refunds and instead I get 1/3rd of that. So please note for future reference to clarify publicly. Thank you.
