There is a Cheshire moon tonight in TN and is on the opposite side of the sky as it should be. Crazy times.

I live in ct. and I see the crescent moon almost every couple of days in the morning around 5;30am walking to work. Then it turns into that same red smile like you showed. Something is changing or happening up there that is causing the moon and planets to change behavior. maybe another larger body is coming towards us? Who knows?

Heyy!! it's not the moon moving. We are having a magnetic pole shift, so poles are tilting the moon, and the sun will appear as if they have moved

After seeing the moon the other night, was wondering if you were going to mention it on your channel, then lo and behold. Strange how the grass is already real green and flowers are blooming around Oklahoma like it is already spring.

Before the Gregorian calendar we had 13, 28-day months and we celebrated the new year in Spring. The Chinese know something we don't because they just celebrated and the Cheshire grin moon is typically seen in spring and fall. I saw the grin last night in Morro Bay, California

There is nothing "normal" about the moon as of late. Any of you disagreeing are only fooling yourselves. Those that know….. know

>>24286847. Good vid lots of topics that is total shit, that most do not want allowed, but theybjust are allowed to keeep building this shit then dumping it on all of us.

And the data center shit, should not be allowed without the local population agreeing to it.

Most do not want this happening.

How do we stop this shit coming all over Arizona.

The data center being built in my town in Arizona (San Tan Valley), is huge. 33,000😏 acres is a lot of land, but its not the only one. 15 minutes North Google is building one in Mesa and 15 minutes west Meta is building one. I also found out that these places emit toxic fumes on top.of using all the water we have left and the insane amount of electricity. We are doomed here

These data centers in AZ are going to fuck up daily living and sleeping.

The noise, the water usage, the contaminating of water, all with NO VOTE FROM THE PEOPLE who do-not want it anywhere near us and they are popping up evey where.

data centers are being developed in Arizona without a direct public vote primarily because of existing, permissive industrial zoning laws, proactive economic development policies, and a legal framework that favors private property rights. While some projects face intense local opposition—such as the Chandler project rejected in Dec 2025—many others proceed through administrative approval (city staff or planning commission) rather than a public referendum.

Here is a breakdown of why this is happening:

  1. Pre-existing "By-Right" Zoning

In many Arizona municipalities, such as Mesa, data centers are classified under light or heavy industrial zoning. If a developer buys land already zoned for industrial use, they are permitted to build "by right," meaning the project does not require a special public vote or re-zoning hearing.

  1. Streamlined Regulatory Processes

Arizona law includes mechanisms that encourage fast-tracking. For instance, in some cases, a city's failure to approve or deny a data center application within 60 days can result in automatic approval, prompting staff to move quickly.

  1. Economic Development Focus

Local governments, such as Eloy, Florence, and Marana, have proactively sought out these investments to increase their tax base and create jobs, leading to favorable development agreements with tech companies.

  1. Limited Local Control (Despite Pushes for It)

While residents often push for a vote to stop projects, state laws governing referendums on zoning changes are very strict. For instance, in Marana, a citizen-led petition to halt a data center was dismissed because officials claimed it did not meet legal requirements regarding site descriptions.

  1. Federal and State Policy Support

Data center development is frequently fast-tracked due to its classification as a critical, national-security-related infrastructure, especially with AI demands.

Important Contextual Notes:

The "No Vote" Exception: Despite the perception that they are "allowed," many projects still require municipal approval. In Chandler (Dec 2025), a $2B data center was rejected 7-0 by the City Council after residents protested, proving local government can still stop them.

Growing Oversight: As opposition grows, cities are changing, not eliminating, this process. In 2025, Phoenix updated its zoning to require special permits, a move designed to mandate public hearings and review safety/power impacts.

Failed Petitions: As of early 2026, attempts to use public referendums to reverse zoning changes for data centers in areas like Marana have been rejected by officials.
