Well for what it's worth, Jesus took His own advice. He did not resist or defend himself when falsly accused, unjustly tried convicted to a torturous death. The result? The salvation of the world and lifting of the curse of Adam. And after that, He was resurrected from death. I think the lesson (one of many) is that it all shows that when we surrender to the will of God, He will always being good out of what seems to be the triumph of evil. It allows His glory to be manifested, and not ours. Just my two cents.
