The problem with the Andrew arrest is that he will not be charged with any sexual offences. Charlie gave him up on the premise he would only be charged with financial crimes.
Say what you will about the guy but I've known many like him that disappear into themselves and become nothing. He lived his best life with the cards he was dealt.
