This is not the first time the Robert’s court has shafted Trump and America in their rulings. This most obvious hatred of America is a crime they committed, especially the obvious ruling on behalf of foreign countries. That could be sedition.

Federal attorneys filed a denaturalization case against Philippe Bien-Aime, alleging he misrepresented his identity and immigration history during his naturalization process.

MIAMI — The Department of Justice said it is looking to strip a former mayor of North Miami of his U.S. citizenship afterhe allegedly misrepresented his identity and immigration history during his naturalization process.
Federal attorneys filed a denaturalization case against Philippe Bien-Aimein the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Wednesday, court records show.
Bien-Aime, who is originallyfrom Haiti and was naturalized in 2006, was elected mayor of North Miami in 2019. He resigned in 2022 to run for a seat on the Miami-Dade County Commission,but lost the election.
In a civil complaint reviewed by NBC News and NBC Miami, which first reported the story, theDOJ claims Bien-Aime first entered the United States in 1997 using a fraudulent, “photo-switched” passport under the name Jean Philippe Janvier.
In July 31, 2000, an immigration judge determined he entered the country fraudulently and ordered him removed to Haiti, according to the complaint. He appealed the removal order at the time, but later withdrew the appeal, representing that he had returned to live in Haiti. But federal authorities allege he never went back to Haiti and instead remained in the United States under the name Philippe Bien-Aime.
Department of Homeland Security records —including fingerprint comparisons — show that the person who naturalized as Philippe Bien-Aime is the same individual who was previously ordered removedfrom the United States under the name Philippe Janvier, according to the complaint.
Peterson St. Philippe, an attorney for Bien-Aime, told NBC Miami in a statement that they are in the process of reviewing the complaint and will be responding to the allegations “through the appropriate legal channels.”
“As this is a pending litigation, we will not be commenting further at this time,” St. Philippe said.
The case against Bien-Aime comes as the Trump administration is expanding its efforts to revoke U.S. citizenship for foreign-born Americans as part of the president’s broader agenda to curb immigration.
Denaturalization is lengthy and time-consuming process and has a high legal bar. Even when federal authorities are investigating someone with the aim to denaturalize, it could take years, and a subsequent deportation would take even longer.
If the government ultimately succeeds in its effort to strip Bien-Aime of his U.S. citizenship,it could raise legal and political questions about his time in office.
North Miami’s city code states thatcandidates seeking office must be qualified electors— meaning they must be citizens eligible to vote and registered at the time. To register to vote, a person must be a U.S. citizen.
In addition to remaining in the United States under another name, the complaint alleges, Bien-Aime married a U.S. citizen and obtained permanent resident status. But federal prosecutors allege that marriage was invalid because he was already married to a Haitian citizen. According to the complaint, the divorce certificate Bien-Aime presented to immigration authorities was fraudulent.
“United States citizenship is a privilege grounded in honesty and allegiance to this country,” U.S. Attorney Jason A. Reding Quiñones of the Southern District of Florida said in a news release Friday.“If proven, we will ask the Court to revoke a status that was never lawfully obtained.”

A tech boss who was sacked by a British microchip company for blowing the whistle on a move to China has received a multimillion-dollar payout.
Ron Black has received $2m (£1.5m) from Imagination Technologiesafter an employment tribunal declared he had been unfairly dismissed for whistleblowing.
Mr Black was removed as Imagination’schief executive in 2020 after alerting MPs to an attempted “coup” in which a Chinese state-owned investment firm planned to take over the company’s board.
He later pursued the company at the employment tribunal, claiming his sackingprevented him from turning Imagination into a major player that could challenge the likes of chip giant Arm.
The Watford tribunal ruled in 2024 thatMr Black had been unfairly dismissed for making protected disclosures after objecting to a plan to install four new directors from state-owned China Reform.
The $2m award, made late last month, is less than 1pc of the $257m Mr Black had claimed he was owed.
Hertfordshire-based Imagination was listed on the London Stock Exchange andsupplied graphics technology to companies including Apple before Canyon Bridge, a private equity firm backed by state-owned investor China Reform, paid £550m for it in 2017.

The companysparked a national security row in April 2020 when China Reform attempted to install four new directors, assuming majority control of the board in a move that Mr Black claimedwould make it “a Chinese government controlled company”.
The boardtakeover was only narrowly averted after a last-minute interventionfrom the Government in April 2020. Mr Black told the tribunal thatImagination’s technology could be used by China for military purposes.
Imagination had contended that Mr Black was sacked for attempting to orchestrate a power grab due to strategic differences with other board members. The tribunal had ruled that he would have been likely to leave the company anyway.
It awarded Mr Black the sum for lost salary and bonuses, as well as £27,000 for “injury to feelings”.
The payout ends a five-year legal case that has hung over Imagination, one of Britain’s lastremaining significant semiconductor companies.
The company recentlyappointed its eighth chief executive in 10 years, hiring German executive Markus Mosen.
Imagination took steps towards a US flotation in 2023 but cancelled the plans and has considered selling the company in recent years.However, it has been marred by links to China, including claims that it sold designs to now-blacklisted military suppliers.
Imagination says it has never licensed its technology for military use.
David Harold, an analyst at John Peddie Research and former Imagination executive, saidthe end of Mr Black’s case could lead to the company finally being sold. “With litigation closed and leadership stabilised, the company appears more transaction-ready than it has in some time,” he wrote in a research note.
Imagination and Mr Black were contacted for comment.
