Ukrainian Drones Blow Up Key Druzhba Oil Pipeline Site in Russia, Defying Budapest

Kyiv responded to Budapest’s threats to block a €90 billion EU loan and cut off electricity to Ukraine until oil transit through Russia’s Druzhba pipeline resumes on Monday – by blowing up a critical section of the pipeline deep in Russia.
In the early hours of Monday morning, Ukrainian long-range kamikaze drones pummeled the Kaleykino oil pumping station near the town of Almetyevsk in Russia’s Tatarstan region, setting it ablaze and shutting down the operation of a critical transit node in the Druzhba pipeline system – the main artery for Russian crude oil deliveries to Hungary and Slovakia.
The 35-plus aircraft strike package launched by operators from Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces (USF) flew through roughly 1,500 kilometers (930 miles) of Russian air space to score multiple hits on pump lines and crude oil storage reservoirs at the Transneft-operated facility, and ignite fires which caused black smoke to billow hundreds of meters into the sky.
In a Monday morning statement, Russia’s defense ministry acknowledged its forces had engaged “enemy drones” over the Tatarstan region in the pre-dawn and dawn hours of Monday, and claimed it had shot 35 aircraft down.
There was no official comment on the damage or hits scored by the Ukrainian attack drones.
An article in regional newspaper RT-Respublika Tartarstan also acknowledged that Ukrainian drones had been engaged in air space over Almetyevsk, but reported that authorities had the situation fully under control.
“In the Almetyevsk district of Tatarstan, cleanup efforts continue following a drone attack. All necessary emergency services are deployed at the scene, according to the Almetyevsk administration.
We emphasize: there is no threat to the public. The situation is under control,” an official statement published by the newspaper said.
Geolocated social media footage showed a horizon turned orange by fire at the Kaleykino site. Substantial damage was confirmed by the independent Russian Astra news agency, citing eyewitnesses.
Ukraine’s General Staff took credit for the attack in a Telegram post, describing Kaleykino as one of Russia’s “key oil pumping stations.”
“It is here the process of mixing oil from different regions takes place before it is sent for export. The station ensures critical pressure and uninterrupted pumping of raw materials directly into the Druzhba oil pipeline, as well as to the oil refineries of Tatarstan.
Now we can expect the whining of [Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor] Orbán and [Slovak Prime Minister Robert] Fico,” the AFU statement said.

Russia’s Druzhba pipeline system, an oil transportation network built in the Soviet era to ship Russia’s communist crude oil to capitalist Europe in exchange for hard cash, originates in Tatarstan, where it gathers crude oil from major producing regions such as western Siberia, the Urals, and the Caspian Sea area.
By 2022, the Kaleykino pumping and storage facility had become a critical bottleneck with about 100,000 tons of crude oil – roughly a quarter of Russia’s annual oil exports – passing through it annually.
Prior to Monday’s successful raid, Ukrainian strike drones hit the Kaleykino facility on the Druzhba pipeline on Jan. 14 with unreported results.
The strike on Kaleykino follows a string of successful USF operations throughout February. Two major oil refineries were targeted and damaged, one in the near-Arctic city Ukhta on Feb. 12 and one near Krasnodar on Feb. 17.
The Neftogorsk gas-processing facility in Samara region was subsequently hit on Feb. 19, with NASA satellites observing fires still burning there two days later.
On Dec. 3, 2025, an explosion hit the Druzhba pipeline in Russia’s Tambov region in what Russian authorities later called a sabotage attack linked with Kyiv operators.
Russian oil shipments via the Druzhba pipeline to Hungary (and Slovakia) were halted on Jan. 27, because of damage to the pipeline on Ukrainian territory, blamed by Ukrainian officials on a Russian drone purportedly destroying pipeline sections and equipment in Ukraine’s Lviv region.
Hungary receives practically all its crude oil imports – according to energy industry estimates, around 80-90% – from Russia via the Druzhba pipeline.
Orbán has accused Ukraine of attacking Hungarian energy security because of his outspoken support of the Kremlin and opposition to Ukraine’s fighting a war to recover Ukrainian territories occupied by Russia.
In personal social media comments made by Orbán on Feb. 20-21, the Hungarian leader accused Ukraine of failing to repair the damage to the Lviv pump station in order to prevent Russia from earning money from selling crude oil to Hungary.
Orbán said Budapest would retaliate by cutting off all electricity deliveries to Ukraine from Hungary, and vetoing a €90 billion EU war loan to Ukraine.
Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó echoed this threat on X, accusing Kyiv both of breaching its commitments to the EU and of “blackmail.”
“Ukraine is blackmailing Hungary by halting oil transit in coordination with Brussels and the Hungarian opposition to create supply disruptions in Hungary and push fuel prices higher before the elections,” he added.
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico followed suit. In a video address on Sunday, Fico said Slovakia would block diesel fuel and electricity from entering Ukraine until Russian oil transit to Slovakia via the Druzhba pipeline resumes.
On Feb. 18, Bratislava declared a state of emergency in the oil sector. Daily attacked by Russia, Ukraine’s energy grid is to a large extent dependent on electricity imports from neighboring countries.
In peacetime, Ukraine imported around 2.1 GW of electricity monthly from eastern-tier EU states on average, with Hungary typically providing 40-50% of the total.
Damage from Russian missiles and drones, plus a relatively cold winter, pushed foreign electricity total usage by Ukraine in January 2026 to about 2.45 GW, Ukrainian state power company DTEK said.
EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaja Kallas, in Monday comments to journalists in Brussels, said that the EU would discuss the sanctions package on Russia and Hungary’s opposition to it, and that in her view, Druzhba oil deliveries to Hungary and EU sanctions on Russia are not linked.
“I think there is not going to be progress regarding this today, but we will definitely make this push,” Kallas said.
“As we have heard some very strong statements from Hungary, that is why I do not really see that they are going to change this unfortunately today, this position that they have… We should not tie together things that are not connected to each other at all.”
Hungary’s next parliamentary elections are scheduled for April 12, with frontrunner Péter Magyar and his center-right Tisza (Respect and Freedom) Party polling at least eight points ahead of Orbán’s far-right populist Fidesz party.
Magyar’s stance on the Russo-Ukrainian War is strongly pro-Ukrainian, advocating greater military aid to Ukraine and more sanctions against Russia.

Smotrich: Hamas to disarm soon, or IDF will retake Gaza with US backing

Hamas will be given an ultimatum to disarm “in the coming days,” and if it refuses, Israel will receive international legitimacy and U.S. backing to act on its own, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said on Monday.
The Israel Defense Forces “is already preparing for this and drawing up plans,” Smotrich told the Kan Reshet Bet radio station. He added: “At the political level, we have held several discussions to refine those plans.”
Smotrich said that if Hamas fails to accept the ultimatum, the IDF would reconquer Gaza beyond the ceasefire-instituted Yellow Line, under which the Israeli military already controls around half of the Strip.
“There are currently two or three alternatives that we are examining to determine which is the most appropriate,” the Cabinet minister said.
Israel has “not given up on destroying Hamas,” he said, explaining that the Jerusalem is merely giving U.S. President Donald Trump “a chance to do it his way” before returning to fighting in the enclave.
Asked about Trump’s intention to deploy an International Stabilization Force to Gaza, Smotrich said the foreign troops would if necessary leave “very quickly and allow the IDF to enter,” adding that the move would only be taken in full coordination with the Trump administration.
However, the minister emphasized, the Jewish state is not expecting foreign soldiers to be deployed to the Gaza Strip anytime soon.
“In the end,” Smotrich predicted, the Israel Defense Forces “will conquer the Gaza Strip and establish Jewish settlement there.”

Trump told the inaugural meeting of his Board of Peace on Thursday he believes Hamas will lay down its weapons under his plan, warning that the terrorist organization will be “very harshly met” if it refuses to do so.
Several senior Hamas leaders, including Khaled Mashaal and Musa Abu Marzouk, have rejected key parts of Trump’s peace plan in recent weeks, including disarmament, despite having agreed to the terms in October.
“The war in Gaza is over,” the U.S. president said. “Hamas has been, I think, they’re going to give up their weapons, which is what they promised. If they don’t, it’ll be, you know, they’ll be harshly met, very harshly met.”
A new Palestinian police force
The Board of Peace’s high representative for the Gaza Strip, Nickolay Mladenov, told the meeting that a new Palestinian police force will “ensure that all [terrorist] factions in Gaza are dismantled and all weapons are put under the control of one civilian authority.”
Mladenov, who is set to meet with the European Union’s top diplomats on Monday, stressed that reconstruction would only begin after the “demilitarization and decommissioning of all weapons in Gaza.”
Under Trump’s plan, reconstruction is envisioned to start in the Strip’s southernmost city of Rafah, where 100,000 homes are to be built for 500,000 people, in addition to $5 billion in infrastructure.
Soldiers from the IDF’s 7th Armored Brigade completed operations to secure the area along the Yellow Line in Rafah following some three months of continuous counter-terror raids in the area, the army said on Monday.
The troops, working with the Yahalom elite combat engineering unit, killed “dozens” of terrorists hiding underground while dismantling “hundreds” of infrastructure sites, including a terror tunnel complex approximately 0.6 miles long that contained hideouts and weapons.
The IDF is “operating in the area in accordance with the ceasefire framework and will continue to operate to secure the area along the Yellow Line and remove any immediate threat,” the military added.
On Sunday, the 188th Armored Brigade’s combat team killed a terrorist who crossed the Yellow Line in southern Gaza and approached them “in a manner that posed an immediate threat,” the IDF said on Monday.
“Immediately after the identification, the soldiers eliminated the terrorist in order to remove the threat,” according to the army, which described the attempt to cross the truce line as “yet another violation.”
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told Fox News on Dec. 30 that a different future for the Gaza Strip was still possible “if we disarm Hamas, whether with an international force or by any other means, adding, “If it can be done the easy way, fine. And if not, it’ll be done another way.”
The Palestinian terrorist organization, which murdered some 1,200 people, primarily Jewish civilians, during its Oct. 7, 2023, cross-border assault, still has around 20,000 operatives and 60,000 rifles, Netanyahu revealed.
“That’s what disarmament means—got to take all these rifles, take them away from them, and break up those terror tunnels that they have, still hundreds of kilometers of terror tunnels,” the premier told Fox News.
Mashaal, during a speech at an anti-Israel conference in Istanbul on Dec. 6, said that Hamas would not lay down arms, declaring that “a thousand statements are not worth a single projectile of iron.”

3 Dead In Strike On Paramilitary Post, Ambulance In Pakistan: How TTP Has Moved To Hybrid Drone Warfare

A paramilitary post in a district of Pakistan’s restive Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, came under attack on Monday when a drone loaded with explosives wounded several officers.
According to police and local officials, the attackers later ambushed two ambulances being used to transport the wounded, killing three officers and wounding two rescuers.
District police spokesman Shaukat Khan said the incident took place in the Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. While no group immediately claimed responsibility for the attacks, suspicion is likely to fall on the Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
But what is to be noted is that the security landscape in this province bordering Afghanistan has entered a volatile new phase as the TTP seems to have transitioned toward a sophisticated mode of hybrid drone warfare.
The lethal quadcopter assault on the paramilitary fort in Karak is an example of the group’s ability to conduct remote precision attacks.
Top intelligence sources told News18 that the strike took place in the Dargah Shaheedan area of Bahadar Khel, where a quadcopter loaded with explosives targeted a federal constabulary post.
Pakistani authorities have accused the TTP, which Shaukat Khan said, has increasingly used drones to target security posts in recent months raising “concerns about the growing sophistication of such attacks".
The intelligence sources said the deployment of quadcopters is not merely a tactical innovation but serves broader strategic and operational objectives.
By pairing offensive quadcopters with anti-drone countermeasures, the TTP is moving away from traditional attrition warfare toward a model of standoff engagement.
This allows militants to strike from a distance without exposing their cadres to direct firefights, thereby preserving trained fighters while maintaining operational momentum.
The sources said a critical to this transition is the reliance on commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technology.
These quadcopters are inexpensive compared to conventional military hardware, yet they allow a small militant cell to achieve a disproportionate battlefield impact.
They said by using overhead attack angles, these improvised drones can effectively bypass the perimeter defences of fixed, predictable deployments such as forward operating bases and paramilitary forts.
The use of UAVs has created a state of constant uncertainty for security personnel stationed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
“Drones allow standoff attacks without exposing cadres to direct firefights," the sources said, adding that this tech-heavy approach effectively multiplies militant capabilities without the need for large-scale manpower.
The ability of the TTP to integrate aerial assaults with ground ambushes suggests a high level of coordination that threatens to strain security resources along the northwestern frontier, the sources added.
This comes amid a broader military crackdown on neighbouring Afghanistan.
On Sunday (February 22), the Pakistani military reportedly killed at least 70 militants in strikes along the Afghan border, targeting hideouts linked to recent domestic attacks.
Islamabad has long accused the TTP of operating from safe havens inside Afghanistan, a claim that both the group and the Afghan Taliban government in Kabul continue to deny.

Hanoi - Unauthorised drones disrupted more than 50 flights at Vietnam’s Danang international airport during the busy Lunar New Year holiday, state media said on Feb 23.
Two separate incidents last week saw flights delayed or forced into holding patterns before landing when the authorities detected drones flying dangerously close to aircraft, the Thanh Nien newspaper reported.
It was not clear who operated the drones or how close they came to aircraft.
However, a total of 54 flights were delayed because of the drone incursions, Thanh Nien said, citing airport authorities.
Danang airport officials did not immediately respond to AFP’s request for comment.
Vietnam bans the private use of unmanned aerial vehicles and high-intensity lighting around airports.

Trump Orders UFO Disclosure: What Does It Mean for Us?

Government UAP disclosure is a psychological event.
On Feb. 19, 2026, President Donald Trump directed the Pentagon and other federal agencies to begin identifying and releasing government files related to UFOs—now formally referred to as unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs)—including materials connected to “alien and extraterrestrial life” [1].
The directive follows several years of increasing institutional attention to UAPs. Congress has held formal hearings with sworn testimony from military personnel and a former intelligence official [2].
Lawmakers introduced bipartisan legislation aimed at increasing transparency and establishing a formal UAP records collection process [3].
Though in its 2024 report, the Department of Defense’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) cited the official position, which is that it has found no evidence of extraterrestrial beings [4].
Will Trump's order produce evidence that changes that assessment? That remains to be seen.
But disclosure is not just about evidence. When information challenges basic assumptions about reality, institutional knowledge, or mankind’s place in the universe, it carries significant emotional weight [5].
As such, disclosure is a psychological event, with real human impact.
Depending on what is released, psychological reactions will vary widely. Some people will feel anxiety and overwhelm. Some will feel distrust. Some may feel awe.
Others may feel disbelief—an immediate sense that this cannot be serious. And many will feel apathy, either because they doubt anything meaningful will change or because they are already overwhelmed by everything else competing for attention [6].
All of these responses are valid.
How the Government Discloses Matters
Information from the government doesn’t get processed in a neutral way. It lands in whatever level of trust—or distrust—you already carry. Trust in institutions is not just a political stance. It functions as a psychological stabilizer [7].
How people will respond has a lot to do with how credible they will perceive the information to be. The way the government discloses will significantly shape the credibility of the information and therefore its psychological impact.
Research shows that trust increases when officials communicate accurately and transparently, with consistent messaging and ongoing briefings [7,8]. On the other hand, when communication is perceived as contradictory or withholding, trust erodes quickly [7].
One of the most significant aspects of government disclosure is that it will almost certainly increase uncertainty.
Shifts in Reality Can Be Destabilizing
Research shows that uncertainty is one of the most uncomfortable states for the nervous system to tolerate [5,9]. When people feel uncertain, they experience more signs of emotional distress such as anxiety or depression, sleeplessness, difficulty concentrating, and lack of motivation [9].
If any released material strongly challenges people’s assumptions, it may trigger what many clinicians and researchers describe as ontological shock: a profound disorientation that occurs when someone’s framework for reality is disrupted [10,11].
Individuals reporting anomalous encounters describe shock and disbelief that can feel life-altering. Some experience persistent, non-pathological obsessive thinking as they try to regain coherence, while others report intense fear and clear physiological stress responses [11]. The destabilization reflects a disruption of meaning structures, not mental illness.

You don’t need confirmation of extraterrestrial life for ontological shock. Simply the awareness that there could be a potential unknown threat that authorities are uncertain of how to handle can create a shift in one’s perceived sense of safety in the world.
This overlaps with the broader concept of ontological security—the felt sense that the world is stable, knowable, and continuous [12]. When that security is challenged, anxiety rises, and people reach for explanations that restore order.
The Search for Meaning Making
When new information enters your reality, you either reject it, fit it into what you already believe, or adjust your framework to make sense of it. Psychologists describe these processes as assimilation and accommodation—ways we preserve coherence when reality shifts [10].
But government disclosure will not simply introduce facts that require mental adjustment; it will likely, for many, cause them to want to make meaning out of what they are learning [10].
When people feel uncertain, they are often drawn toward explanations that sound decisive because it helps to regulate their anxiety [5].
The clearer and more confident the narrative, the more it calms the nervous system. But this can cause people to become more vulnerable to misinformation, especially if the information is coming from people with dogmatic viewpoints [13].
Many people also turn toward spiritual or philosophical frameworks that already provide structure and meaning [10]. Longstanding belief systems offer coherence, identity, and continuity when reality feels uncertain.
Others may increase information consumption as a way to regain emotional control, looking for rational perspectives that allow them to adapt to new information.
While some who reject the information will withdraw altogether in order to preserve their own worldview.
What makes this moment different is that government disclosure gives legitimacy to a stigmatized topic and that changes the landscape in which people can make meaning of the information they are being given.
The Shifting Overton Window Has Important Implications
For decades, interest in UAPs was culturally seen as fringe or suspect. People who reported sightings risked ridicule or professional harm.
When the United States Government acknowledges UAPs in formal government proceedings and orders the Pentagon to release UAP information from all relevant agencies, the boundaries shift.
Political scientists call this, movement in the “Overton window”—the range of ideas considered legitimate for public discussion [14].
When a topic moves from one that is mocked to one treated legitimately in government institutions, stigma decreases, and that matters psychologically [13].
When stigma drops, more people engage openly, more people reconsider prior assumptions, and more people allow the topic into conscious reflection instead of automatically dismissing it.
It moves the needle on the subject from suspect to something we must take seriously, particularly in the world of mental health.
Government UAP disclosure isn’t an event that will be contained within the borders of the United States. In a digitally interconnected world, news and psychological reactions spread quickly [13].
Human beings are resilient and while the majority of people adapt to new information as it arises, there are more vulnerable populations that need to be considered.
Individuals already struggling with anxiety, distrust, trauma, or social instability may experience heightened distress.
Even a small percentage of people reacting strongly to a global event can place strain on mental health systems.
Proactive thought and preparation is required.
Waiting to see what happens will be too late.

A massive public archive of declassified US government files vanished just one day after President Trump ordered the release of all UFO-related documents.
The Black Vault, run by researcher and ufologist John Greenewald Jr, had its main server reportedly wiped clean on February 20, deleting hundreds of gigabytes worth of files on UFOs, declassified CIA projects, and major conspiracies, including the assassination of JFK.
Greenewald shared the news online, explaining that some server directories had their permissions, the safeguards on who can access or edit them, and the file ownership logs changed without explanation.
Black Vault has become a go-to resource for anyone wanting to see exactly what the government has quietly made public over the last 80 years.
Greenewald has spent three decades organizing information on hidden programs and little-known incidents that suggest the US has been involved in top secret efforts to recover and take advantage of alien technology.
Troves of declassified files the public can freely search through on the Black Vault detail military base reports, witness testimonies, and even CIA directives since the 1940s and 50s which have been unsealed without widespread public knowledge.
The researcher has also publicly revealed every time a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request was returned by the CIA, FBI, and other government organizations with little or no response.
The timing of the potential sabotage came just hours after the president's history-making declaration, ordering the Pentagon to disclose anything 'related to alien and extraterrestrial life, unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), and unidentified flying objects (UFOs).'
In a statement released on X, Greenewald said he did not 'fully suspect foul play' but noted that he couldn't rule out the possibility because of the suspicious information he had received from the website hosting provider.
'[They] had no idea what happened, and on their side, they said it was a deletion, not corruption,' the researcher posted on Saturday.
In simpler terms, someone or something intentionally removed every single file from the Black Vault's server, deleting all the records released by the CIA and other groups, without fully shutting down the site so alarms wouldn't go off right away.
Until recently, the US government has flat-out denied that UFOs or extraterrestrial beings existed, maintaining for decades that there has never been any physical evidence recovered that proves something non-human has ever landed on Earth.
However, Trump's February 19 order came after he publicly criticized former President Barack Obama for saying in an interview that aliens were real. Trump claimed the 44th president had revealed 'classified information.'

Greenewald has previously filed over 11,000 FOIA requests with the US government to obtain these documents, including some declassified reports that date back to the alleged UFO crash landing at Roswell in 1947.
His investigations have also provided legitimate paper trails, detailing how former administrations and the intelligence community created secret task forces of high-ranking military and scientific officials to research UFO incidents.
These groups include the Majestic 12 (MJ-12), which was allegedly formed after the Roswell crash and worked for over two decades investigating sightings of alien spacecraft, working with non-human technology, and contacting extraterrestrials.
Luckily for The Black Vault, Greenewald revealed that all of the more than 3.8 million files were backed up in secure locations and the site was restored soon after the mysterious wiping took place.
'It is a stark reminder to us all, me included. Keep backups. Keep them in multiple places. And never be intimidated by anything that comes our way, no matter what we expect may have happened,' the researcher wrote on X.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Greenewald for comment on the incident, which the researcher called a 'very oddly timed server maintenance.'
'In my honest opinion, I feel it was a very odd-timed server maintenance done by the hosting provider, that went awry,' Greenewald posted Saturday.
'They didn't catch it, and when I did, they didn't take blame, and there was no way to fully prove what happened, and by whom. Could I be wrong? Yes. Could it have been foul play? I can't rule it out.'
Data wipes like this can occur in a few ways, often without it being a malicious attack. However, these file wipes can be done intentionally by bad actors.
The most common problem happens when hosting companies perform routine updates or data cleanups.
If a software glitch, human error, or incompatible changes take place, it could accidentally delete files or alter permissions.
Hardware issues, such as failing hard drives, software bugs, or even power outages, could also corrupt or erase data. However, The Black Vault's host allegedly ruled out corruption, pointing to a deliberate erasing of the declassified files.
That leaves the possibility of hackers breaching the server through vulnerabilities, including weak passwords, outdated software, or phishing attacks.
Once in the system, the attackers might delete files to cause chaos, especially if the site deals with sensitive data that some groups might want suppressed.
Critics of the Trump Administration's promise to release all files tied to UFOs and extraterrestrial contact have claimed the move is merely a stunt to distract the public from other political controversies and nothing about aliens will actually be learned.
Many on social media have pointed to the previous releases of the documents detailing President Kennedy's assassination and the Jeffrey Epstein files both containing heavily redacted information that provided no definitive 'smoking gun.'

Jump Room to Mars: Did CIA Groom Obama & Basiago as future Presidents?

In Part One of this series, it was shown that Andrew Basiago’s run for the 2016 Presidential election is partly based on his belief that he was pre-identified as a future U.S. President in a CIA/DARPA run time travel program called “Project Pegasus.”
The Project’s main purpose was to gather intelligence from past and future world events, including the election of upcoming Presidents.
Subsequent to his involvement in Project Pegasus (1969-72), Basiago claims that from 1980 to 1984, he was recruited into a second CIA-led project that involved the use of teleportation technology for travel to Mars.
These “Jump Rooms” led to him and others traveling to the Red Planet on multiple occasions witnessing indigenous life on Mars, as well as secret bases there.
In 1980, at the start of the CIA Mars Jump Room project, Basiago claims that he learned that Barack Obama had also been pre-identified as a future President and even Basiago himself was destined to become a U.S. President:
Barack Obama also was told; because when he and I were serving in the Mars Jump Room Program, we were being trained under Ed Dames in the summer of 1980, at College of the Siskiyous, in Weed, California.
His Presidency and mine were being openly discussed by who was present …
Basiago further claimed that in 1980, he and Barack Obama actually were roommates while being briefed about upcoming jump room teleportation to Mars:
So, Barack Obama was not only aware of his Presidency when we were being trained in 1980, when he was 19 years old – and just turned 19 in August of ’80 – but when we were rooming together briefly, a couple of days – at the College of the Siskiyous.
He was reading briefing documents that they were giving him to groom him for the Presidency. [emphasis added]
Importantly, Basiago is here declaring that the CIA was actively grooming Obama for the Presidency by giving him access to briefing documents. In other words, according to Basiago, Obama is a CIA sanctioned U.S. President.
Basiago is not alone in claiming that Obama was groomed by the CIA to become a future President. Investigative reporter Wayne Madsen was the first to make such a claim in August 2010 in a three part series of articles.
He followed this up in a 2012 book titled, Manufacturing a President: The CIA’s Insertion of Barack H. Obama, Jr. into the White House.
Basiago added an unexpected twist to the Obama CIA relationship, Obama’s Presidential grooming began during a covert program involving teleportation to Mars.
This predictably has resulted in much controversy over Basiago’s claims, and has led to him being ridiculed as evidenced by a Colbert Report on October 11, 2012 examining his Mars Jump room testimony.
However, there have been other whistleblowers that have made similar claims of teleportation technologies that enable travel to Mars.
Whistleblowers such as Michael Relfe and Henry Deacon (aka Arthur Neumann) have gone on the public record to claim that they used similar teleportation technologies for travel to Mars.
Another whistleblower, Corey Goode, claims that teleportation technologies were first developed by Germany and used as early as the 1940s for transporting equipment to secret bases on Mars.
He says that these German bases were later greatly expanded in collaboration with the U.S. military industrial complex.
Basiago’s claims about participating in a classified CIA teleportation project to Mars in 1980, is plausible given what other independent whistleblowers have claimed.
If Basiago is correct in his core claims about the two classified projects he participated in, is it possible that he is also correct that Obama was groomed by the CIA to be President during a Mars Jump Room project?
If so, has Basiago also been groomed by the CIA to be a future President, and his 2016 election bid is part of a CIA sanctioned disclosure program?

Has the CIA Groomed Andrew Basiago to be the U.S. Disclosure President?
Basiago’s claims have led to much close scrutiny and criticism by veteran UFO and exopolitics researchers.
I have critiqued claims by Basiago of being himself the discoverer of life on Mars, which he based on his analysis of Mars Rover images in a paper he published in December 2008.
I found his claims to be both unconvincing and unprofessional for a practicing attorney, because he refused to consult independent image analysis experts to corroborate his paper’s findings. His refusal led to me criticizing him as a “crackpot by design.”
After his initial public emergence in 2008, Basiago came forward again to reveal his involvement in the CIA and DARPA run Project Pegasus in November 2009.
He followed this up with his revelations about the Mars Jump Room program in August 2011. To his credit, Basiago has done a lot of subsequent work in finding additional whistleblowers, witnesses and documents to support his controversial claims.
There have been a number of individuals who have come forward to claim that they were also part of the CIA’s teleportation program to Mars. Brett Stillings and Bernard Mendez attest that they were part of this program.
They have corroborated Basiago’s claim that in addition to Obama, other prominent public individuals such as Regina E. Dugan, Mary Jean Eisenhower and Admiral Stansfield Turner were also part of these programs.
Basiago has conducted numerous independent investigations to corroborate his testimony, and has given details of additional evidence he has discovered in interviews. Included here are comments by David Baker, a former engineer from the Parsons company.
Baker corroborated Basiago’s account of the different engineers that Basiago claimed to have met who worked at Parsons. This makes for powerful corroboration that Basiago was indeed present during his father’s dealings with other Parsons company engineers in “special projects” that were highly classified.
In reviewing the extensive details and evidence supplied by Basiago over his participation in Project Pegasus and Mars Jump-room projects, I have found little to cast doubt on Basiago’s version of events as he has narrated them.
Indeed, the evidence he has supplied to corroborate his testimony is impressive in its scope, and leads to the conclusion that Basiago is sincerely telling the truth about events he personally witnessed and experienced in great detail.
Basiago, therefore, does not appear to be lying when he claims to have worked in classified joint CIA and DARPA run projects dealing with time travel and Mars teleportation technologies.

However, there is an important caveat here which needs to be considered when evaluating his reliability as a whistleblower and Presidential candidate.
Basiago is on the record as saying that he and Barack Obama were pre-identified by the CIA as future Presidents. He has said that Obama was subsequently groomed by the CIA to be President.
This suggests that Basiago has similarly been groomed, and is part of a CIA sanctioned disclosure program.
Is Basiago part of a CIA Sanctioned Disclosure Program?
It is natural to assume that the time travel technologies used by Basiago, to provide intelligence for the CIA, would also be used for operational security purposes.
Among these would be determining Basiago’s reliability, as far as maintaining secrecy in the future was concerned.
Basiago’s later decision, as an adult, to become a whistleblower was almost certainly anticipated very early through psychological profiling. This would have very likely led to the same CIA operated time travel technologies being used to identify him as a future whistleblower.
Basiago says that he heard Donald Rumsfeld reveal plans that he and other Project Pegasus participants would, after completing High School, go the Naval Academy in Annapolis.
As a Navy officer, Basiago was to continue working in covert programs as he recalls Rumsfeld saying: Secretary Rumsfeld was explaining to my father – he literally said: “What we plan to do with the kids is in high school, we’re going to admit them to the Naval Academy, as first-year plebes, when they graduate from high school; and we’ll use that as a pretext for involving them in future project activities.”
So there, in 1971/72, they were already planning for what our destiny was going to be in the fall of 1979. And Rumsfeld was aware of what the major plan was.
However, Basiago states that he rebelled against this plan, which he was expected to follow, and chose a civilian life instead:
my Dad sat me down in high school and told me I was going to the Naval Academy – which I ultimately rejected as an option
It’s important to keep in mind here that as a 17/18 year old in 1979, Basiago had refused to follow the advice of not only his father, but also a former Secretary of Defense – Rumsfeld held this position during the Ford Administration from 1975 to 1977.
