Declassified CIA Docs Reveal Secret Plot to Manipulate Human Behavior Through Vaccines

An April 24, 1952 memorandum titled “Special Research for Artichoke” proposes developing drugs capable of inducing anxiety, depression, hopelessness, nervousness, and lethargy in “subjects.” It discusses both immediate-use drugs and substances designed for long-term administration over extended periods, to be concealed in food, water, beverages — and even “standard medical treatments such as vaccinations, shots, etc.”

Project ARTICHOKE focused on interrogation techniques, hypnosis, amnesia, and chemical incapacitation within the CIA’s Technical Services Staff. The program laid groundwork for MK-ULTRA, formally initiated in 1953 and later exposed during congressional investigations in the 1970s.

Disturbingly, since 2021, over 70% of humanity received a neurotoxic agent masquerading as a “vaccine”. The same goals outlined in the CIA document (vaccines/drugs capable of covertly inducing anxiety, depression, and lethargy) are now being observed in COVID-19 vaccinated populations.

RFK Jr. on Glyphosate:

On Sunday, Kennedy took to social media to elaborate on his position on the executive order and the use of pesticides in U.S. agriculture. Here is his full response, posted on X:

“Pesticides and herbicides are toxic by design, engineered to kill living organisms. When we apply them across millions of acres and allow them into our food system, we put Americans at risk. Chemical manufacturers have paid tens of billions of dollars to settle cancer claims linked to their products, and many agricultural communities report elevated cancer rates and chronic disease.

Unfortunately, our agricultural system depends heavily on these chemicals. The U.S. represents 4% of the world’s population, yet we use roughly 25% of its pesticides. If these inputs disappeared overnight, crop yields would fall, food prices would surge, and America would experience a massive loss of farms even beyond what we are witnessing today. The consequences would be disastrous.

Lawmakers Launch Bipartisan Bill to Block Trump’s Executive Order on Glyphosate

“If we’re Making America Healthy Again, government shouldn’t be promoting glyphosate and providing liability immunity for corporations making it."

Reps. Thomas Massie and Chellie Pingree introduced the No Immunity for Glyphosate Act in response to President Donald Trump’s executive order boosting domestic glyphosate production and shielding manufacturers from liability. The bipartisan bill would block federal funding for the order and reaffirm the right of individuals to sue chemical companies for health issues related to glyphosate.

RNA Crop Spray: Should We Be Worried? Terrana Biosciences Has Developed RNA for Agriculture

A company called Terrana Biosciences has developed an RNA platform for agriculture. Here are just a few words from their website: “it fuses nature’s intelligence with machine intelligence to design RNA-based solutions for every aspect of plant health from seed to stem.” Flagship Pioneering put in a $50 million investment into Terrana – note that Flagship also helped launch Moderna.

The company is exploring 15 different aspects of their RNA platform, and one is plant vaccines and “protective agents.” The company is in the early phases of research and not approved for commercial use. It uses a process called gene silencing – the plant is engineered to produce a protective RNA that changes the DNA. This is a genetic modification (GMO) that is passed on to future generations of that plant to guard against a pest. The second process is spray-on RNA that is similar to a a pesticide but without the chemicals. It is meant to only target the pest, but it could have more widespread effects.
