It's bad enough that American citizens had to fork over the cash to cover 90-95% of the unConstitutionally imposed Tea Taxes,
but now that FedEx and 600,000 other businesses are eligible to receive legally mandated refunds, these taxes imposed by the executive branch that we paid not only don't help to pay the $1T interest on our debt, but because only the "importer of record" is eligible, the consumers who actually paid the tariffs won't ever see a dime.
I hope FedEx at least makes a campaign donation.
