POTUS should activate "small businesses" and declare that insurance company's cover small businesses, and give small business the same rates as a company that has over 50 employee's.
Company's that have less than 50 employees should have access to the same rates and the same healthcare, like larger company's who have over 50 employees.
Health care is a factor for where a person works and finds employment.
It would stop the larger dept. of commerce corporate conglomerates from amassing all the slaves and give small business a chance to compete with health care.
