Thank you Mr. President for making it so that
us veterans can see civilian doctors
when there isn't room for us at V.A.
faciliities.
However, now we just have to make it
so that when we call to make these
appointments there is someone availbale
to ANSWER THE PHONE.
Just called V.A. to set up civilian
authorization and was disconnected
twice (automatically) after waiting
ten minutes per call. Then when
I finally did get through the woman
hung up on me ten seconds into
the call.
Tried to call back and the system
automatically disconnected me
again before I got through
to another human being.
Is this on purpose?
Are there actors within the
v.a. working against you (us)?
