Hadn't run across the article before, and it piqued my curiosity…so I took a look and then downloaded it as a PDF.
Breads were moving reasonably fast that night & I didn't catch the digits at first, but anons wouldn't even need the red highlighting to see why I was blown away when I finally looked at 'em…more so if you read the referenced article.
