These dates are part of the leap years that occur every four years to keep the calendar aligned with the Earth's orbit.
So, just in the interest of being a thorough Anon, I am noting that there was no date of February 29 this year, and even if there had been,Q never posted on the date of February 29 in any year since October 28, 2017.
