The Korean Armistice Agreement was signed on July 27, 1953 at Panmunjom.
It was signed by military commanders representing:
the United Nations Command (i.e., the U.S.-led side),
the Korean People’s Army (North Korea), and
the Chinese People’s Volunteer Army.
South Korea did not sign the armistice; President Syngman Rhee refused, because he opposed ending the war without fully unifying Korea.
So: there is an armistice from July 27, 1953, but no full peace treaty, and North Korea/China and the UN Command signed; South Korea did not.
