Lurker here.. I refreshed and now have the error page. Use http:// sethrich.azurewebsites.net/index.html and you can still get the counter. I assume at 0 it will redirect.
Index.html is now 403. One reason for a 403 is "The Azure Website has reached a resource quota limit that applies to either Free or Shared scale modes." What ever these jack wagons had planned they did not expect the load.
