I've heard for weeks that the new financial system is being implemented. Over the last few weeks all kinds of bank websites have been down at odd but simultaneous times and just today the FED ACH system went down which is really odd.
The deep state has always used WAR to bring about new monetary systems. Perhaps Trump is doing the same thing.
