That's the normal process for sealed indictments – an arrest warrant is issued along with the indictment, and it is all sealed (usually on a Friday) so the perp can be arrested over the weekend. This is done usually in extremely serious criminal cases and/or where the perp is a flight risk.
In other words, these are the USUAL sealed indictments that occur every year.
What you SHOULD be asking about is the other ~3500 that were unsealed…
