Large investors are gobbling up row crop land that has irrigation. This will be the largest transfer of tillable land in history. Farmers that have debt are selling out or tiling bankruptcies. Many that can afford to keep their land are choosing not to plant. This tariff economy is too risky. The USA is too busy building data centers to collect all of our data. The consolidation of American agricultural into a few hands will be horrible for our country.
