generally here is the scoop:
anon don't like deletions. Anon are able to filter. anon, I have seen, take a very low opinion of those who delete other people's posts.
that being said there is a history here of the board being 'occupied' and the BV being staffed by what were considered to be spies from another country and there was a long time when even the mention of that group or the people who they pretend support it or anyone of that ethnicity would get an immediately deletion.
after that it just became a thing. and one ruler of the breads banned the anon for about a year until it became apparent to others and then anon were unbanned.
BUT obvious spam is deleted too, which was always the case.
and CP is deleted. Threats, too.
anything against the president or members of the government is probably also reported to 'authorities'.
and there was a time when a jerky-poster would get a 'pick up your phone' message and then suddenly be gone from the bread.
asking if you get to become a deleter shows that you have not lurked enough.
