I always had a cast iron stomach. I could eat literally anything with impunity. Then I had my gall bladder out a few years ago. Now all those items in the list I can tolerate. Natural fats. But seed oils, greasy processed sausage, brats, etc all are a no-good anymore. I can do grilled burgers. Bacon. Butter. Olive oil. But soybean oil, seed oil, partially hydrogenated greasy garbage? Nope.
This shit isn't good for anyone. I just didnt realize it until I had to pay a price for it.
