I think Boyd was triggered after being lured away from home, up for at least 22 hours and was likely in that parking lot waiting to rendevouz with KA.

1. Was he legally able to carry? Was the gun legal?

2. A copy of the police report should be publicly available. For a cost.

3. Is he a patriot for the cause that was lured far away from home with a legal firearm and simply lonely and wanted to go to the rally with a like minded girl and was just hoping to get laid and go to the rally?
